about Anushka

Anushka is the vision behind aer and a self-confessed blow dry addict.

Prior to moving to London, she lived in 5 different countries and battled everything from humidity to dryness. This has made her an expert at knowing what it takes to get the perfect blowdry and to make it last!

Anushka started her career at L’Oreal in New York, where she worked on a number of hair care brands. When she moved to London after her MBA, she found it incredibly difficult to get a high quality, yet affordable blow dry for her unruly hair.

Combining her business expertise with her love for beauty, Anushka founded aer in 2014.

Other than her passion for beautifully styled hair, Anushka has fallen in love with London’s restaurant scene. She is always keen to get information on the latest hidden gem so when you see her in store, let her know if you have any recommendations.
