Autumn Favourites

As the leaves start to fall and our warm coats are dug out, we can start to look forward to chilly days out and cosy nights in with our Autumn favourites. We’re sharing five of our luxury fashion and beauty Autumn staples that will help us embrace the colder months ahead!

  1. Over-the-Knee Boots

No one does elegant over the knee boots quite like Stuart Weitzman. The ‘Highland’ style boot, extremely popular with those in the fashion industry is a key footwear addition to your wardrobe – and here’s why.  Made from sumptuous suede in an array of colours (we particularly love the dove grey) the boots are beautifully made with a tighter fit around the leg for maximum flattery!  Despite the hefty price tag we can guarantee it’ll be worth it with this versatile style suiting a jeans and jumper combo just as much as with skirts or dresses. Dress up or down we guarantee you’ll get plenty of wear out of these statement boots this season! Check them out here as well as the matching ‘Lowland’ style and newly introduced ‘Tieland’ style.

2. The Chunky Knit

No Autumnal wardrobe is complete without the ultimate chunky knit. We admit, it can take a while to find “the one” but aim for neutral colours in creams, camel or black for maximum wearing potential! Having said this, also consider pink which has been a growing colour trend this season for knitwear.

Paris

We can expect a chic sophistication from the Paris shows, think understated glamour and effortless hair and makeup. Even Kim Kardashian West, barely seen without full make up from her trusted ‘glam squad’ went bare faced at the Balenciaga show!

Etam

The soft plaited pigtails at Etam portrayed an effortless style with a gentle blush on the cheeks offering a cute rosy glow.

Dries Van Noten

Dries Van Noten presented a more angular, sharp aesthetic with side parts by Sam McKnight and M.A.C Taupe shadow on the eyes. Veiling and sunglasses were also worn as key accessories, with the set design consisting of iced flowers by floral artist Azuma Makoto, models walking past blocks of large ice containing flowers. Only a spritz of Evain was used on the hair to keep the look natural.
